We are sure that Birdiejay will be your go-to option once you give it a shot! First, our products are manufactured using high-tech sculpting and breathing fabrics that you’ll feel super comfortable in. Second, they are designed to make you look your best. Also, don’t you love how cute they look?

The style/size/color I want is out of stock. When will you restock it?

All of our products are limited-edition. In order to be able to offer new options frequently, we are not restocking our previous designs. The only exception is our classic black leggings  LEGGINGS OF A LIFETIME - BLACK. So, we recommend you to get what you want ASAP. Always let us know what you think though, we love surprises!

I couldn’t decide on my size. What should I do?

Can I tailor my Birdiejays to better fit my body?

Sure! Your tailor can make modifications, but make sure to work with a tailor who has experience in athletic wear.



I ordered my Birdiejays right now. When will I get them?

We do our best to deliver your Birdiejays to you as soon as possible! We deliver your orders to the courier within 2 business days. For domestic orders, you generally receive them 1 day after that, but for international orders the delivery time could differ. I need to change my delivery address. What should I do?

If you need to change your delivery address, please drop us an e-mail via or send us a DM on our Instagram account @birdiejayofficial . If your order has not been shipped already, it will be shipped to your new address. Unfortunately we can’t change delivery address once your package has been shipped.

How do I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your orders. You might return it upon receiving via Return/Exchange Form on our website.

Can I make modifications to my order?

We are happy to help you before shipping your order. You can always contact us via e-mail or Instagram.


What is your return policy?

For domestic returns, we offer free returns within 14 days of delivery. For international returns, you could also return within 14 days of delivery while in that case shipping fee needs to be covered by yourself. We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within this time frame. To see the full policy, click here.

Is there any possibility of change?

We always provide free shipping, free returns and exchanges. You can create an exchange request on our website within 14 days from the day you receive your order. During this period, we can provide exchanges for items that have not been worn, unwashed, undamaged, or stained and items whose tags are not removed.
Which cases are covered by the warranty?
Our warranty covers problems that are caused by our manufacturing team, such as a significant level of seam slippage.

Which cases are not covered by the warranty?

Problems that are caused by the way of using our products are unfortunately not covered by our warranty. For example, slight pilling on the fabric or seams that are caused by friction with your wool socks, crossover bags etc. are not covered by the warranty. Plus, please make sure that you follow our care instructions. Using fabric softener could cause discoloration and using dry machine could cause deformation. Problems that are caused by failure to follow our care instructions are not covered by the warranty.

What should I do if my order is damaged/missing/incorrectly shipped?

Customer satisfaction is always our number one priority. If this is the case (though very rarely happens), there is absolutely no need to worry, we’ll solve the problem as soon as possible. Just drop us an email explaining what is wrong. We will get back to you very quickly and offer solutions to the problem you’ve encountered.

When will I receive my refund?

Please allow us 2-4 days to process your returned merchandise after it has been received. We’ll refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged upon receiving the return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. For international orders, we are unable to issue refunds for any customs, duties or additional fees that may apply to your order.


Do you ship internationally?

Why am I being charged additional taxes or fees before receiving my order?

For our international orders, other taxes and duties are not included in our prices, except for the product tax. Shipping and customs fees are reflected to the customer by the customs authorities of the country you shop from.
